Jasmine previously worked at CNN, where she covered the White House, the 2020 campaign (covering then-Sen. Kamala Harris) and the 2018 midterms. She has also worked as a reporter-producer at PBS Newshour, where she covered politics, the Trump administration and general affairs.
She’s a member of the National Association of Black Journalists. She graduated with honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a degree in broadcast journalism.
