Tinashe has written for the Washington Blade, AFRO American Newspapers, and the Capital News Service. She has a bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Columbia College in Missouri and a master’s degree from the Philip Merrill College of Journalism at the University of Maryland. She has also worked as an account manager at a marketing firm, managing a team of designers, copywriters, videographers and photographers.
