Congress’ Return and the War in Iran

Congress is back after a two-week recess and has a lot on its agenda. The Department of Homeland Security is still shut down, and the war in Iran is ongoing, with the Strait of Hormuz — a critical passageway for 20% of the world’s oil — mostly closed off.
