The Biden administration is expanding access to health insurance under the Affordable Care Act to some “Dreamers,” or young people who came to the U.S. as kids, as part of a rule to be introduced Friday. The Department of Health and Human Services estimated that 100,000 recipients of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program would enroll.

Joe Lieberman Has Died
The former Connecticut senator and 2000 Democratic nominee for vice president died Wednesday after a fall, his family said in a statement. Lieberman left the Senate in 2013 but never left politics. Most recently, he was deeply involved in No Labels’ efforts to field a presidential ticket.
